Instructor - FSI Russia Child Sleep Consultant Certification Program

It now seems that my path to becoming a Child Sleep consultant began in my childhood – I was a high sleep need baby, who needed sleep before food or anything else, really. Another childhood desire was a clear wish to be of help to others. That is why I went to receive my teaching degree, and later went to study to become a RN.

Fast forward a few years and I am now helping families from all over the world who suffer from sleep-deprivation after having their baby. I have two wonderful boys with a small age difference, who, just like hundreds of families in my practice, teach me something new every day. It is important for me to educate parents not only on “how” to achieve a better sleep, but also on “why” it works that way and is important.

Apart from my teaching degree, medical training, and sleep consulting certification, I received lactation counselor training and studied coaching basics to be of a greater help to those who trusted my expertise with their challenges. At this time I created a team of professionals who are able to help even more families with very diverse backgrounds and difficulties.
